BANGKOK: -- Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha gets a vaccination to help boost his immunity against influenza at Government House on Tuesday.

Public Health Minister Piyasakol Sakolsatayadorn led a group of medical personnel to meet with the PM before the weekly Cabinet meeting. They introduced a Public Health Ministry campaign for vaccinations against three flu strains this year.

Anyone know when will the new vaccines become available to the general public?

I read 1 June through the end of August in another article.

They are available now, been for mine today. It is not the general public but vulnerable groups such as elderly & young. My sister in law got it for diabetes.

The age limit is 65 and available to foreigners with a yellow book. From what I can gather vaccine stocks are limited and I saw people turned away that did not live in the hospital area.
