express vpn problems

Featured Replies

I have subscribed to Express VPN, in the main to watch and down load BBC programs.

As well as this My internet service provider is TOT.

The issues are, The message from Express VPN is, Network Lock, still active, you are offline, also message from time to time trying to reconnect.

I Am logged onto public place, Kent UK.

So the service could be off all night whilst I am downloading from Pirate Bay.

What are the issues here, would like to understand these before I pay my next subscription to Express VPN.

Also how to I log back onto my TOT internet service.

Thank you in anticipation.

Regards Tom

This isn't anything serious.  What's happening is that your PC is being left unattended and goes into sleep mode and ExpressVPN will, quite rightly, go into Network Lock which ensures there's no leakage.

I can only advise to go into Power & sleep settings and adjust your Sleep settings to 'never', that's assuming you're using Windows.

Can't help you with the TOT question, though.

I hope this helps.
