One of the major banks I deal with is dropping a majoror <deleted> right now.

On their internet banking they will give you 70:1 against the Euro .

I'm tired of holding on the phone to tell them .

What should I do :o

I already made two transfers.

I also took a screen shot.

So it does rreally work.

There is only one cathc.

And of course the moral dilema, especially if they dont hurry and call me.

Will they be able to correct your transfers, based on "obvious errors"?

I made the transfers for small amouts just to prove it.

I intended telling them , but after holding for one hour on an international call I'm a bit ticked off.

I guess they will be able to reverse them if its only me , but if its several thousand customers that may be another matter.

If they don't call back within the hour I will post a screen shot!

That will make approx 2 hours since my last call with them and a message I sent to their online message centre.

I guess then it will be obvious from their lack of responce that the exchange rate is not a mistake and removes any moral responsibility I might have.

Nope they're open, I've spoken to them 3 times but failed to get past a call centree pleb.

I went to bed.

Here is the screen shot. I have also included a screen shot of another transaction this morning, I only got 69:1 :o

The catch I mentioned is you can only convert 1 Euro cent / transaction.

But as transactions are free between online accounts and unlimited, have at it.
