Anyone switched to HDPrime from ilikeHD set top TV Box app

IlikeHD tv streaming app was discontinued on June 1st. It has been replaced by HDPrime.Tv

 

I switched from ilikeHD on June 1st to the new app hdprime.tv

 

so far i am extremely disappointed with this app.  The user interface is clumsy to use compared to its predecessor and the streams are very very choppy and constantly freeze. Many channels are completely unavailable with a cursory apology regarding servers being offline.  

As well as many of the (uk) channels not working at the moment, the ones that do BBC and ITV are extremely choppy and freeze all the time.  I have tried different server settings and lowered the TV quality to 480p.  Is there any solution to this? When will the other channels come back online?

So far the new service is very very disappointing and inferior to the ilikeHD experience.  

I cannot currently recommend this service to my fellow expats.

• The situation with our network in Europe is proving to be more complicated than we anticipated, it may take us until 15/06 to have all sorted out properly. We will extend user TV packages to make up for lost time when this is back to normal.
• Additionally, we are sorry to announce our facebook page has been shut down, please contact us by email for any assistance. As we are all hands on deck to work out the Europe streaming issues, e-mail responses may be delayed by several hours.
