Suggest you do a Google for:  thailand notary

Lots of hits, here's just one, which explains that notaries don't really exist in Thailand for use in foreign transactions, altho probably OK for local ones:

If needing a notarial for use in the U.S. the only 100% legal one is at the U.S. Consulate, Bangkok or Chiang Mai:

Costly, $50.

[There is a very limited notarial service for active and retired U.S. military folks]

Is my Thai wife allowed to enter the U.S . Embassy in Bangkok together with me to get a paper notarized ?

If your wife wanted to go US she wouldn't be able to go unless she did.

My wife accompanied me in UK embassy don't see why the US one wouldn't.
