KHON KAEN: -- Daily News reported that much of downtown Khon Kaen and outlying districts in the province were submerged after heavy afternoon rain yesterday.

They said that cars were abandoned in the area near the tunnel on Mitraphap Road near Central with floodwaters up to 30 centimeters.

Many outlying roads were under at least 10 centimeters of water.

It wasn't like that on the Sri Chan Rd at the Lighthouse. Sure it rained hard for almost 2 hours, but floods, and thirty cm. Everytime it rains it floods outside my place to 60cm, and thats a quick shower!
