Legal Strategies to Reduce Thai Tax
Yesterday, on P19, I asked a number of questions about my tax situation in Thailand, perhaps , yes, hoping for free tax advice. One person took a lot of effort to high-light my questions and then answer all with the advice "You need to read Thai Tax law" I would regad this as like Microsoft 'Help' Absolutely correct, but absolutely no use. I am not a tax expert nor a tax adviser, so when confronted with something like these proposed Thai laws, i can only ask for advice. If someone was to post a link to an English version of the 'Thai tax law' I would indeed read it and try to understand how it affects my situation. Until then, I understand that I will not become a Thai Tax Resident until 5th January 2925, so have nothing to worry about. If I had any money, I would consider bringing it into Thailand. Who can say which tax law will be in force then? -

Trump campaign says it won’t commit to Harris debate until she’s confirmed as nominee -CNN The Democrat Convention is Aug 19 - 22. Harris is not officially nominated. I have no doubt that Trump will debate whomever wins the nomination at the DNC Convention. The Leftist Commies and Maxists have their cart before their horse. Trump IS the RNC nominee. The DNC doesn't have an official nominee until the Convention is convened. Harris is the prospective nominee but that could change by this time next month. : -

Thai beauty queen sparks online drama over airline seat
It happened to me last year. I booked Business Class with Qatar BKK-DOH-LHR-DOH-BKK, and when booking it was clearly stated that all four legs of the journey were in Q-Suites. A few weeks after making the booking, I got an e-mail from Qatar telling me that they were sorry, but the BKK-DOH leg would be in an ordinary 777 without Q-Suites. Fair enough, but they neglected to tell me that the DOH-BKK leg would also be Q-Suiteless. This made me suspect it was a standard marketing ploy at the time, promise Q-Suites and stick to that promise on the prestigious DOH-LHR flights, full of actual serious business people, but downgrade all the dodgy sex tourists on the flights between BKK and DOH, lol. Given that their website currently charges a large premium for flights with Q-Suites, the least they could have done was to offer me free seat reservations by way of compensation, but such ideas are beyond Qatar, the Ebenezer Scrooge of Middle-Eastern airlines. I've given up on them this year and have booked the trip in Business with EVA instead. Stick that in your hookah and smoke it, Qatar. -

It should be pointed out that the title of this thread is fake news and an attempt at gaslighting by the OP, creating another excuse to vent on Trump. Harris is campaigning the narrative that Trump is scared, and of course, all the Trump haters immediately get on board. Here's a report on the subject by the Democratic Party's own media outlet: CNN — "After Vice President Kamala Harris accused former President Donald Trump of “backpedaling” on a debate, the Trump campaign said Thursday it would not commit to any future debates until the Democratic Party formally chooses a nominee. Steven Cheung, Trump’s campaign communications director, said in a statement late Thursday that it “would be inappropriate to schedule things with Harris because Democrats very well could still change their minds,” since Harris is only the party’s presumptive nominee." -
