Khieu Samphan gives final statement, denying extermination of people

 

 

In his final statement at the Khmer Rouge tribunal on Friday, former Khmer Rouge leader Khieu Samphan said he was not a murderer and he denied knowledge of grave crimes against humanity that occurred under the regime, according to a report of The Phnom Penh Post on Saturday.
