Headline should have been

People of low intelligence should not drive without a qualified driver beside them and they should have a big red L Plate stuck on the vehicle

The death rate on the worlds no 1 roads (Hub of Death) would drop over night.

I guess that would rule you out of driving then? Not the "big red L plate" part

Hardly the worlds no 1 roads are they...sorry, couldn't resist oh high and mighty user of the English language :post-4641-1156693976:

Yes they are the worlds No1 roads for death as Libya is a war zone ,so we do not count their roads.

sorry, couldn't resist oh high and mighty user of the English language

not a problem just follow and learn. Have a good day and stay off the roads as much as you can as its nice talking to you.

Does 'Poor Health' include attitude problems and/or brain malfunction ?

Yes, you hit the proverbial nail etc.

1. "Moo Ham" Kanphitak. Hits a crowd at a bus stop kills bus conductor. " Brain <deleted> Up.

"He said he was lovesick at that time and had not seen his doctor at a psychiatric hospital for more than one month.
2. Kritrada 'Zomy' Tabtimphol, Facebook idol aka Zomy hits 9 cars on Ratchadapisek rd and does a meltdown kerbside.,   "she was under influence of methamphetamines "  Brain <deleted> Up.
 3. Janepob Verraporn, drives his Benz into the rear of a fiesta, killing 2 young students. Refuses sobriety tests. mental issues again. Brain <deleted> Up
There are many more cases, but the rich and privileged can drive in any condition it seems, just the lower  classes and older folks getting attention.

Is this man sane?  Do not stop an incapable person from driving, just make sure he has someone with them.  Should they have a heart attack, a case of epilepsy, or just a general brain fart and drive off the road and hit a tree, lets be sure that they do not die alone but takes someone else along with them.  Seems like simple Thai logic to me.

And then there was the Aussie fool who killed a lady & her son with one other boy critical...and then claimed that he had been undergoing mental treatment....

self opinionated twerps. Got one!

Some of the comentators on this forum, are putting forward a very, very strong proposal for self euthanasia.

Grow up or expire soon.

would you travel by car with a local with severe social disorders?

If you ever got a taxi there's a 50% chance you already have.

Latest personal episode last week, pink cab no less, went off in the wrong direction, wilted through 3 lanes to try and u turn and then back to the left lane to pull over and take a piss on the sidewalk. I took my leave.

Change this into another header...

Several options:

 1. People with poor health urged not to drive alone.

2. People with poor health  Thais urged not to drive alone.

3. ....

It would be safer out there if those who hadn't been drinking were kept off the roads.

And driving in the wrong lane (as per topic photo) will definitely lead to an accident regardless of health or age!

Sheesh - can't the editor/s obtain a relevant photo?

The guy suggesting this got this idea from somewhere else the picture is not Thailand.
