It was in the news on the 1st of June. It does lower it for temporary licenses.

Yes daw that but resding it snd tbe one i found seems farang with temp licence (first two years are included in tbe lower alcohol level as well.

Is it a law to drink , when did that come in ,

The report linked in post #2 says it clearly.

ALL holders of temporary (2 year) driving licenses are bound to the 20 mg limit.

Foreigner or Thai person.

 

Same for driving without license.

Might become interesting when the validity of a foreign license is disputed.

20 mg is really low!
