How to get around marriage visa requirements

So I know about the single entry 90-day marriage visa that doesn't require Financial proof that you can get from Lao Thai consulate.

And I know about the Visa convergence extension for marriage that you can get from immigration inside Thailand but that you need 40,000 a month in the bank income or 400,000 saved in the bank for 2 months. And then there's also the multi-entry based on marriage at the other Consulate in Lao. The problem for me is the Social Security SSDI that I get from the US government is only 27,000 a month. And we will only have 300,000 in the bank for one month not the 400,000 that they want for two months. What should I do?

It seems your best option at this time is to get a multiple entry non-o visa based upon marriage at the consulate in Savannakhet. They do not ask for financial proof.

Then try and save another 100k baht and then apply for the one year extension based upon marriage during the last 30 days of any of the 90 day entries from the visa.
