How do I wean myself off my BP medication?

Then yes, it may prove possible to get off meds, you won't know till you try.

You will need to monitor your BP closely though and for a while - it takes about 10 days to stabilize and in some cases may climb up high later than that. So you'll need to measure daily for at least 2 weeks and periodically thereafter.

Best to discuss with your doctor first.

Thanks. I will make an appointment soon.

Go off the beer entirely for a couple of weeks. The effect might surprise you.

Personally, I don't worry too much about getting off meds provided there are no serious side effects. They've probably been keeping me alive for quite a few years.

You are never to old to take testosterone. I am now 70 and have been taking 1 M/L every 10 days for the past 25 years. You just need to get your Testosterone and PSA levels checked. YOu will feel like you are 35 again

Apologies for going off topic - what  effects have you observed on libido? What are the potential effects on PSA levels? Would a Thai doctor prescribe it if asked? How much does it cost? How is it administered?

Perhaps we need another thread started for this.
