Can someone tell me how much, how often and where I can book these through online?

I am trying to arrange travel for myself and my mother from London to Phuket for tomorrow evening. I think I have the flight to Bangkok sorted with thai airways leaving tomorrow night. Shall I book the phuket journey or are tickets normally available upon arrival to Bangkok airport?

You can pay on line by credit card although problems have been reported with Nok air and international credit cards. All operators have counters in the departure lounge Bangkok. Prices vary depending on availability and popularity.Fares are not the same for every flight (except ThaiAirways)but are displayed on the web sites
