Hello,

I opened a company in Bangkok and I want to open a branch outside of Bangkok.

My lawyer told me that I can work at that branch with my work permit from Bangkok because I'm the director of the company and the director is allowed to work anywhere in Thailand.

Is this correct ? Normally one is able to work only at the address showing in his work permit, but is is true that the director can work anywhere ?

Best regards,

I am not sure a director is exempt from needing the 2nd work location being shown in the work permit

You can have your work permit amended to add the branch office to your work permit.
