Anyone out there still in doubt about the "verdict" that hasn't yet been completed by "the judges"?

AND, they are trying to keep people in masses away from the verdict hearing?

Jesus Christ, Kermit the Frog could see through this one!

and forget not the sitting on the injunction request

Thought I read yesterday, her accounts had something like $12 million in them.

It's just bullying. They haven't got brains, good ideas, or popularity, but they've got power, and they're going to use it as much as they can to bully Thais who won't fall in line as well as their preferred representatives.

How did they get her PIN?

Was on Australian news where they interviewed a political analyst who said a decision against Yingluk has the potential to set Thailand back 20 years politically.  Return to civilian leadership through elections could be set back indefinately which isn't in the interests of Thailand internationally but would certainly be as described a victory for the military rulers who have had a personal vendetta against the Shinawatra family.

I guess someone will be saying again, elections will have be postphoned?

Until sometime after my demise?

lets hope they succeed ..... :coffee1:

removing monies from a bank account without a court order is an abuse of power

in the west ministers would "walk"

Yes, and good luck when it's your  university child that goes to prison for a fb share. Or when it's your journalist son in prison for criticising the powers.

Maybe they could put it back and wait for the court decision. ?????

Wouldn't that be defamation, since she hasn't been convicted yet.

Perhaps you'll get a place next to jatuporn.

With the Shin acumen running through the genes, everything portable was removed three minutes after the ham-fisted Government announced its decision to prosecute.  It's like the police always announce a raid one day before it's due then wonder why there's no body home.

when a govt stoops to acts of petty crime they forfeit the right to rule

If a PM is responsible for the actions of subordinates, I  assume you agree that Prayuth should then be charged with human trafficking, corruption, treason, murder and all crimes committed by the military under his control.

Of course you dont, you only want selective prosecutions that suit or align with your misguided opinions.

Agreed let's 'fine' Blair and Bush for Iraq?  oh what about Thatcher for the poll tax?  it's ABSURD and a travesty of any justice ever known in the political arena. Hope people wake up and see exactly what's happening and the international community respond with sanctions. If she wasn't a martyr before she sure is now.

I remember, when she was traveling to Europe with eight big suitcases. And today she still can pickup whatever she needs at Western Union. So what?

This is going to be the most obvious guilty verdict since the Ko Tao scapegoats were convicted.

His opinions are nothing but love and admiration for prayuth and his controlling 18th century ways, he'll be fine

Isn't confiscating her Thai assets before the verdict is in a good barometer of the outcome?

In a civilized country  authorities don't withdraw money from suspects , they just freeze it. But again Thailand is special........

Well done Dear Presidente! Now you've succeffully turned Yingluk into a martyr for her fan base...! Let's the game begin

Prayuth has already decided his verdict and informed the judges

From bad to worse

Looks like the treasury will recuperate their 700 billion baht deficit one way or another. That is, at least until the next submarine purchase.

I didn't asked for Pizza, Prayuth is not a member of the Royal family and not a member of the Privy Council or any Crown bureaucracy...

check the title you gave him

There are 2 possibilities:-

1. Either the Prime Minister or the ex-Prime minister is misinformed, or uninformed, about whether any money has been taken from Yingluck's accounts, or

2. One of them is lying.
