Like the title says me and my now wife went and got the marriage certificate from the Amphor here in CM.

she's Thai I'm American.

The certificate with the rosy flowers and whatnot is in Thai language.

To get the non o marriage visa and the one-year extension do I need to have this Thai language marriage certificated translated into English and certificate at MFA or is this okay as is?

No, it's ok. Thai Embassies/consulate and immigration employees can read Thai. It's only documents in languages not in Thai that ever need translating/certifying.

You might want to get it translated and registered with MFA however for use in USA at some point in time (always good to have handy when needed).

I agree you dont needbit translated fo extensions ect but i would get it all translated. When i got married here the Amphoe offered to have it all translated cost of 2k well worth having in my opinion.
