Information regarding documents required for uncontested divorce Thailand.

Hi all!

 

I am currently in the process of arranging a divorce, I was just wondering about the documents and certified translations that are needed to do so. Also we have one son if that changes any requirements at all!

 

I have divorced before a long time ago but then nothing more than ID, passports and marriage certificates were needed.

 

Any help or advice as to the procedures would be greatly appreciated.

As mentioned before, go to the amphur office you will be using and ask them. Get the papers so you can get them translated so you know what you will be signing.

Different offices may have different requirements.
