Wasn't about human right lawyers, Benefit Fraud or anything else other than a NHS finance recovery team targetting (wrongly) a British Resident who they had thought had been out of the UK for a period of time which auto disqualified him from free NHS treatment They got it wrong and rescinded the invoice but it doesnt remotely alter the fact I was billed in the first place......my Member of Parliament confirmed that their action was quite lawful had their information been accurate in the first place The thread is not about illegal immigrants getting free treatment. You're quite delibearely being obtuse Ambulance....try reading I think it was the 2nd post I made (without going back).....I declined the ambulance airside which would have incurred cost and managed to get landside where it was free as always Talk myself into trouble ?? Lol I virtually ignored the woman in the hospital as was also detailed as I was more than slightly ill......I stuck the requirements she required in my bag where they stayed (do go back and read fella) inotherwards ignored it completely. It was only when the invoice arrived I had to do something about it They didnt try to issue me with a £15,000 invoice.......they simply did The MP made it clear they "can" invoke a requalifying period (which I also detailed previously) so whether you like it or not thats the position Out....

Indeed and I wasnt looking to game the system at all The rules state that at 90 days out of UK there "may" be a requalifying period but from that interrogation I got lol am wondering if in hindsight its becoming a cumulative 90 days over a certain period....a year perhaps Any way it got sorted and that near £15,000 invoice waas wiped but like I said one or two might have paid it automatically

lol no fella !! I was asked to provide 17 different documents ! In fact passport was not one of them surprisingly. I was in sodding hospital (one of 6 times since June 2025) and dealing with all asociated problems relating to that.

Am sure going in Thai Hospital would produce results as regards a prescription but I find nothing effectively works whether proper sleepers or Diazapam etc Of the latter I took 50mg (no alcohol) on one occasion and whilst it did produce after 15 minutes a slightly dozy effect subsequently 15 minutes after that I was back to normal lol Will have a look at the med you suggested..thanks
