I doubt that, with the OCR code in your passport there are Apps that are able to check several databases including the Police one. Would be surprised if UK immigration doesn't use it.

Some more history for you, when Ukraine and Russia decided to part, one of the promises made was that Ukraine would never be a part of Nato. Ukraine decided to dump that promise.
