In my condo I pay 4.25 THB per Unit, I have seen places where they charge 7 or even 10 THB a Unit.

In a house, if you have average use and stay under the 400 Units, you pay incl VAT and service Charge around 3.7 THB per Unit

OR: Just buy a can of Bleach/Haiter (yellow or pink bottle) which does the the job perfectly. Needs very little. If you want to go easy for the kid's sake/health buy the color-proof bleach/haiter which comes in small bottles, the one with the larger cap. This is not chlorine based, but Peroxide based. Friendship Supermarket. Be careful with dosage in any case. ER.

Bleach / Haiter in the Yellow or Pink Bottles is Bleach with a scent added to it (made especially for Laundry). The regular Bleach / Haiter is sold in Blue Bottles.

Maybe you are only 1 channel short, as they intended to broadcast up to 100 Channels.

Tukcom on South Pattaya Road, there is even an Apple "Dealer" in there, or else on the second floor of Tukcom are 100's (overstatement) shops who sell and repair phones or else you could try in Central (next to Soi 9 Beach Road) on the same floor as Power Buy (3rd or 4th (not 100% sure) is also an Apple Dealer.

TMN has on Channel 62 and 63 regularly adds for a Cable Television Decoder for a one of price of 5500 THB. This will allow you to receive something like 12-14 extra Channels (which include (Don't know the full list) HBO, National Geographic and History and something like 9 Sport Channels). (Note: This works for TMN subscribers only.)

My friend who can't get Sophon (because Sophon insists that his village doesn't exists ) is very wary of this offer, because if TMN cancels the broadcast of these channels you are stuck with a 5500 THB piece of equipment which you can't use anywhere else.

I know there's little problems in Pattaya but I'll have to take 1 or 2 days off work to get the license, 1 day to go to Pattaya Immigration in the morning, and collect the Certificate of Residence in the afternoon and then head to the DLT and apply and collect next day (or get a company driver to collect it). In Rayong I can do it with only a couple of hours out of the office as I am working in Rayong and not have to deal with the queues, chaos and attitude at Pattaya Immigration and DLT.

PP, if you are going to the Pattaya DLT, I just did the 1 to 5 years there last month, I got there at around 7am and left with a brand new 5 year license at around 10am. If you are renewing a 5 years license, you also are required to watch a Video, which adds around another 1 hour.

Talk to your dealer, they can help you, maybe as you did not take delivery, you can cancel everything without losing any money. Did you pay a small deposit (5k - 10k ??) when ordering the car ? You could maybe lose that.
