I'm not a fan of Pattaya, Hua Hin, or the three main islands for tourists, but I would see more of a market for a ferry or ferries from Bangkok, Hua Hin and/or Pattaya to Koh Tao, Pha Ngan and Samui. #1 Need to wait for this Covid thing to die out #2 I guess there's too much mafia involvement for it to actually work.
