    This has happened and will happen every year,not easy to drain water if it is nearly the same level as the sea.

    I have never seen it done before but i have seen lots of grass that just grew over top of cement. Not sure if it would work but sure give it a try! Is there a way that extra water(heavy rain)can drain away? If it is level you could probably just flood irrigate it. As long as it gets water it should be fine,you can always feed it from the top. Sounds like a good project.

    Unbelievable!and so it goes on,two laws. One for them and one for the poor people. Is it any wonder people are starting to dislike anything that has to do with politicians? Sure he is willing to defend himself in court.

    The problem is governments see this as bad,loss of income for them. I also see this as a good thing but it will not affect me at all.I will be long gone. Maybe a few steps back as far as economy goes but better for the overall environment and the way people will deal with each other. Less reason for war i hope.

    I do applaud people like that,willing to give it a go and try. Everyone has to make their own mistakes and that is the only way to learn. Not having to buy a new car because the people next door have a new car. I hope they make it!

    Yes, you are very close to my opinion on this. More so ,corporate greed,thru lobbying they control a lot of politicians and i do believe the widening gap between the haves and the have nots is going to create a big uprising in the future.

    I can agree to a point,but what if a few countries do everything they possibly can to control CO2 for instance and other countries just don't care? Within your own country you can control things but how are we going to control what others do?
