Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
jvs replied to Chris.B's topic in The War in Ukraine
What if Lukashenko dies? Will the people of Belarus go on to the street and demand democrazy or are they going to roll over and choose for russia? Very interesting and it could affect the war for sure. What about the taliban attacking Iran? Will that mean less support from Iran(drones) for russia? Soon the big offense is coming, everything seems in place and more western equipment is pouring in. I bet putin is not feeling so well now. -

@op,you must know some people who partake? It is not really important what strain or quality you use for the first time. Just make sure you go slow and just focus on enjoying the experience. I always come up with the brightest of ideas but i can never remember them the next day!

Advice for a newbie buying farm land in Thailand
jvs replied to Steve910's topic in Farming in Thailand Forum
We also grow our own veggies and over the years we have learned how. If you are just growing for your own use you do not need to grow a large area at all. The way we do it now proved the best solution for our needs and maybe it will be ok for you too. I will ad the pictures so you can see for yourself. We also have a large compost heap and all organic matter goes into there. Rings are easy to move if needed and you do not have to be on your knees to work them. You also only need to water where it is needed. We just planted some again hoping it will rain soon. -

It’s Not Enough for Ukraine to Win. Russia Has to Lose.
jvs replied to onthedarkside's topic in The War in Ukraine
The Ukrainians will have the technical over hand and the russian soldiers know it is coming. What i think is a trap that the Wagner group is saying they will take some time off and leave Bachmut for R&R and hand over the city to regular russian forces.I do not trust this but if they are stupid enough to really do this the Ukrainian forces (already having the flanks covered)will be able to take the city back in a few days i think. Russian soldiers are not going to be very happy being sent into Bachmut. Moral is low already and the Ukrainians are waiting on the hill. -
It’s Not Enough for Ukraine to Win. Russia Has to Lose.
jvs replied to onthedarkside's topic in The War in Ukraine
Russia has already lost, maybe not the war(yet) but Putin really killed the economy. Over a million able bodied men fled the country, two hundred thousand died on the battlefield. Big shortage of labour in russia right now, imported replacement parts are no longer available or now very expensive. The russian people that are saying they are not effected by the sanctions are the poorest people who had nothing anyway. The rich russians are not happy at all with what is going on. Very soon a very well prepared Ukrainian army will start to kick the russians back. So they won Bachmut, for now,at what cost? Four thousand soldiers pulled from elsewhere, elsewhere better watch out. Learn from the past people,do not let a bully get away with these things. -
