    Yes they keep saying "if you cross this line we will (may)use a nuclear weapon. However the Ukranian army is already retaken land that Putin illegally declared as being Russia now. No other reaction from Russia except cowardly bombing civilian targets in the hope it will intimidate the Ukraine and its people. The contrary is happening,the hate for anything Russian is just getting stronger.

    It is the same all over the world,drivers can not resist to answer the phone or have a quick look while driving. It is very dangerous no matter where you are. It is jumped on by most governments as a good money maker. Is there a quick fix? Sure there is,just have a jammer installed in all (new) cars. Job done.

    Rumours are is it going to open in December but you never know. The building seems to be nearly finished,it is painted on the outside. They need to make a parking lot and the road needs to be finished. Sorry i can not tell you more at this time.
