  1. Yes. 12,5000 baht plus 100 baht for a 90 day report should you choose not to do it online. But they're busy so you'd need to go a few weeks before the extension expires. Not sure what you mean about 1,600 baht bank charge though. Are you referring to opening a Bangkok Bank account, if so that's gone up to 4,700 baht. However if you're here already on extensions then a residence certificate should get you a Bangkok Bank account at a friendly BBL branch without having to pay anything.
  2. 26k is only if you arrive visa exempt or on a tourist visa and includes conversion to 90 day non-O plus first one-year extension. If you come in on a non-O from a consulate, or you're doing your 2nd or subsequent extension then it's 12.5k baht.
  3. Nah mate, the higher fee that the other fella quoted is for those like me who arrived visa exempt or on a tourist visa. in those cases you pay 26k for conversion to 90 day non-O PLUS your first 12 month extension. Ongoing renewal is only 12.5k and as I said I just did this last week. Hit 'em up on LINE, Fon will answer any further questions you have.
  4. Thanks for confirming. Any thoughts on why they do that? Not a complaint, just curious ????
  5. Where do you get authentic Javanese food in Pattaya? I've not seen many Indonesian restaurants myself.
  6. This appears to be out of date. Do you not know about the new 800/400k 12 month rule?
  7. I know what they do. you don't need to go to the bank and get the letter yourself, you just go there with your passport and your bank book.
  8. you don't need a letter if you use this agent. unless you're using them for "handholding" of course. the OP seems to be in the know so the assumption is that he wants the full service or he would have mentioned otherwise.
  9. You constantly misuse the apostrophe, eg. "cam's" instead of "cams". Pot, Kettle, Black.
  10. 5-10 minutes? You know there's a prefill option don't you? Online TM47 reporting should take less than a minute.
  11. It's done at Jomtien.
  12. I saw the title and my first thought was "Crossy plays Merge Boss too!" ????
  13. He already opened the account.
  14. No worries, glad you got it sorted.
  15. They said it wasn't not necessary to give them my address but I just remembered that they wanted to know when my next 90 day report was due. I didn't ask why but it might be related to the 90 day report service they provide. It was included in the price but now it's 100 baht. I do mine online so I don't need that service.
  16. Sorry mate but I only know where the rules are saved I don't read them ???????????? Maybe @ubonjoecan assist?
  17. Just used them last Wednesday, price was still B12,500. They needed passport, two (2) photos and Bangkok Bank bank book. Their business card is attached, maybe hit them up on LINE to sort out the finer points. And no I'm not getting comission from them ????. They were recommended by a trusted friend who has lived here 20+ years.
  18. That's Mexican food and drink not Cuban. Try Cristal or Bucanero for Cuban beers but you'd probably have to fly to La Habana to get some because of the stupid embargo.
  19. B12,500. Caveat: you need a Bangkok Bank account.
  20. Maneerat just re-upped me for another year and it only took 3 working days.
  21. They're pinned to the top of this forum... https://aseannow.com/topic/981135-laws-regulations-police-orders-etc/#comment-17706004
  22. Are you running an older version of Android? apkpure says it requires 6.0 and up. Anyway that's all the help I can give as I'm not a techie.
