I used 687 kWh from 16/10 to 15/11. I nearly fell of me chair when I read the bill because I was actually trying to conserve electricity. must have passed out to many times with the (old, inefficient) aircon on.

ING Australia no longer offers outgoing international transfers. I've no idea why this is the case but I was quite surprised when I read about it prior to making my move to Thailand last year. If you're using an agent for the "full package" non-O you generally need to use the bank that they specify. 28k would imply that your are going the full service route. Some agents only use Bangkok Bank.
