They're showing the "view by category" setting in CP. If you're using the "view by ... Icons" setting it'll be under "Power Options"

This article explains it. It saves the machine state to the hard disk so that when you reboot you don't have to start from scratch. I've told you this before: GNU/Linux distros are too technical for the average user and not as feature-rich as Windows, especially when it comes to plug-and-play and the unfairly maligned proprietary drivers or applications.

I used 687 kWh from 16/10 to 15/11. I nearly fell of me chair when I read the bill because I was actually trying to conserve electricity. must have passed out to many times with the (old, inefficient) aircon on.

If you're using an agent for the "full package" non-O you generally need to use the bank that they specify. 28k would imply that your are going the full service route. Some agents only use Bangkok Bank.
