I recently stopped oatmeal yogurt fruit and protein powder for breakfast. I havnt noticed ANY difference.i am not hungry and dont miss it at all. I now just have a protein shake made with fresh fruit and protein powder. My body composition has changed but weight is not moving in the right direction as yet. As others have said, its about finding YOUR balance and what is right and sustainable for your lifestyle. Its not easy as we are all different. I dont believe there is a one fits all routine/diet. Calorie deficit, exercise regularly and be persistent.

As others have mentioned, services, electric water. How far is it from a main road or nearest internet connection. Well water or Mains ?. Sufficient water storage, how old is the pump ? Are the pipes underground or surface ? Whats the sewage method ? Has the ground its built on been raised ? When ? Roof insulated ? Type of roof .? Get the Electrics checked, does it have adequate safety board and an earth rod. Check shower heater installed correctly. Obvious signs of settlement.

So round one was over, round two came a few years later, lasted 15 years ! Caught her messing around with a younger guy. Devastated ! Didnt go near another female (relationship wise) for 10 years Round three, Thai girl, been married 15 years and counting. I believe the intention is single use food bags etc that so many stalls and vendors use. Eat the food and the bag is useless/discarded etc . Not intended for water bottles as they could in fact be used again to carry water ????
