  5. Is it the real problem or your attitude toward it. Seems to me the reasons stated are your excuse to run away because that's the easy way out. Problem is, wherever you go, there you'll be, probably right back to square one in another couple months or a year. Problems are only problems if you allow them to be.Things only bother you if you choose to let them. Do what makes you happy, but I don't think running is your answer.
  6. If you want get quotes for comparison purposes. Go to Fiverr or Upwork, post your project and look at the offers made. Becareful, check reputations and ask for references. There are plenty of Indian sweat shops that Bang out template websites very fast and cheaply, you will still have to obtain a domain and hosting to go that route.
  7. Lets go at this from another angle, make it much more simple. What bufget do you want to put to this to get it up and running ? And please dont say "as alittle as possible" thats equivalent to how long is a piece of string. Its clear what you want to achieve. What do you want to pay to achieve it ? that will tell you exactly your options. If you'd rather not say in public. PM me.

  10. Liverpool have barely been able to call upon their talisman at all in 2024, with his only appearances coming against Newcastle on New Year's Day and in a cameo off the bench against Brentford last month Mohamed Salah is back in full training with Liverpool ahead of their potential title showdown with Manchester City on Sunday. The Egyptian has only made two appearances for the Reds in 2024, scoring twice in the 4-2 win over Newcastle on New Year's Day and netting after coming off the bench in the 4-1 victory at Brentford on February 17. It was after that game in west London that Salah suffered issues with the hamstring injury that ended his Africa Cup of Nations tournament in January, and he has been forced to watch on in recent weeks as Liverpool have won the Carabao Cup, progressed in the FA Cup and maintained their strong league form. He could now be set for a return to the action in Thursday evening's Europa League last-16 clash with Sparta Prague in the Czech capital, having been pictured with his team-mates in a full session at Liverpool's Kirkby base on Wednesday. Salah was being put through his paces alongside the likes of Dominik Szoboszlai and Darwin Nunez, who both returned from their respective injuries in last weekend's 1-0 win at Nottingham Forest, where Nunez scored a dramatic last-gasp winner. 11. Rory McIlroy showed his class at last year's PGA Championship, after chasing LIV Golf star Brooks Koepka through a car park to congratulate him on his fifth major victory. McIlroy and Koepka have themselves on opposite sides of golf's civil war between the PGA Tour and LIV. The former unanimously pledged his loyalties to the Tour, whilst the latter became one of the biggest names to make the Saudi switch in 2022. On a number of occasions, McIlroy had been hyper-critical of the rival, Saudi-funded league, and those who made the decision to join, previously claiming he would rather 'retire' than join the LIV setup. READ MORE: LIV Golf make final decision on world ranking points in brutal message to OWGR Whilst competing at last year's PGA Championship at Oak Hill though, the Northern Irishman showed there was no bad blood between himself and LIV member, Koepka, who had been crowned champion that week. Episode one of the second season of Netflix's Full Swing docu-series captured the behind-the-scenes moment McIlroy offered his congratulations to his rival, Koepka. "Brooks! Brooks!" McIlroy is heard shouting as he runs towards Koepka in the car park. Catching his attention, the pair then embrace before the European adds: "I am really happy for you." The duo are then seeing going their separate ways before Koepka tells McIlroy: "I'll give you a shout man!" Just moments earlier, the Northern Irishman was seen letting out his frustrations after once again missing out on the major stage. McIlroy has not won a major since his 2014 PGA Championship victory at Valhalla, and it appeared the ongoing wait was beginning to grate on his game. READ MORE
  12. Anthony Joshua v Francis Ngannou Venue: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Date: Friday, 8 March Time: Approx 23:00 GMT Coverage: Follow live text coverage on the BBC Sport website & app from 20:00 GMT, live commentary on BBC Radio 5 Live from 21:00 GMT. Anthony Joshua said "no conversations were had between me and Tyson Fury" after the pair met in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday before the former's heavyweight fight with Francis Ngannou on Friday. The Britons have rarely crossed paths despite their long-running rivalry. Joshua, Fury and Ngannou took a picture together, alongside footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and Saudi powerbroker Turki Alalshikh. "I'm quite territorial," Joshua told BBC Sport. "When I'm in a room, I'll call them my enemies or my competitors. I don't really smile. I can't fake it. "There's a lot of fake people on these fight weeks. I can't really fake it with it with people." Promoter Eddie Hearn described Fury as being "on golden form", saying 'The Gypsy King' did not directly speak to Joshua but did take aim at Ngannou for suggesting he won their fight in October. Joshua - who was not in the room when Fury and Ngannou clashed - added: "I heard something happened between Ngannou but Ngannou would get him a headlock and chop him up. "All this boxing stuff, on the streets MMA rules 100%." Could Joshua v Ngannou winner fight for undisputed title next? 13. George Russell and Max Verstappen are leading calls from drivers for Formula 1 cars to be raised for the sake of their health and safety. Russell said the violence drivers experience when cars hit bumps on track at high speed was "unsustainable". World champion Verstappen raised the topic with governing body the FIA at the season-opening Bahrain Grand Prix. "End of the straight with full load, the impact is too high with the low ride-heights," Verstappen said. The Red Bull driver said that his intervention with the FIA, in the drivers' briefing in Bahrain last weekend, was "just some advice to look ahead". The problem was "our comfort, our spine, compression over the bumps," Verstappen told BBC Sport. He added that F1 "had to revise that" for the new regulations that are being introduced in 2026. But he said he was concerned that the FIA was not addressing the matter sufficiently in the new rules, which are due to be finalised in June. "We still run very low but I don't think the 2026 car is going to be any different," Verstappen said. The problem has arisen following the introduction of new rules in 2022 which brought back ground-effect cars with venturi underfloors. These floors are an inverted wing that creates a low pressure area under the car, producing prodigious aerodynamic downforce. But to work most effectively, the cars have to be run very close to the ground and with stiff suspension to control the car's ride-height. Verstappen says his father Jos is 'not a liar' READ MORE
  14. Wales have changed their centre partnership to face France in the Six Nations on Sunday in Cardiff. Joe Roberts and Owen Watkin replace World Cup pairing George North and Nick Tompkins, who have been dropped. They are among five changes to the side beaten by Ireland, including a positional switch that sees captain Dafydd Jenkins start at blind-side flanker for the first time. Lock Will Rowlands and hooker Ryan Elias are also promoted to start. Rowlands, who plays his club rugby in France with Racing 92, starts for the first time since the World Cup alongside Adam Beard in the second row. Scarlets hooker Elias replaces Dee, who is now set to win his 50th Wales cap from the replacements bench where is joined by recalled Gareth Davies. Centre changes Tompkins and North have been Wales' established midfield partnership in the past year but have been left out of the matchday squad completely in a surprise move by Warren Gatland. Scarlets centre Roberts, 23, will make his Six Nations debut in only his second Test appearance, after wining his first Wales cap against England in their World Cup warm-up defeat at Twickenham last summer. Both of the new centres missed out on World Cup selection, but Roberts offers a left-foot kicking option in midfield while Watkin returned to start the Six Nations opener against Scotland. 15. England manager Gareth Southgate and Brentford boss Thomas Frank are among the options being considered by Manchester United if they choose to replace Erik ten Hag at the end of the season. (ESPN) Barcelona remain interested in Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta to replace Xavi, who is leaving at the end of the season, but the Spanish club know it will be difficult to appoint him. (Relevo - in Spanish) Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City are battling it out to sign Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich. The 29-year-old Germany international is looking to leave Bavaria this summer. (Express) Any club wanting to hire Brighton head coach Roberto de Zerbi this summer would have to pay the Seagulls £12.8m. Barcelona, Liverpool and Manchester United have been linked with the Italian. (Mirror) Bayern Munich are ahead of Liverpool in the race to appoint Xabi Alonso as their next manager if the Spaniard chooses to leave Bayer Leverkusen in the summer. (Telegraph - subscription required) Liverpool are interested in appointing Richard Hughes as sporting director after the 44-year-old confirmed he will leave his position as Bournemouth's technical director at the end of the season. 16. Man City 3-1 Copenhagen (6-2 agg): 'We are a team that believes we can do it' - Pep Guardiola "We are a team that believes we can do it." When you look at Manchester City's form in Europe and domestically, manager Pep Guardiola's words should be a surprise to no-one. The Champions League holders swept aside Copenhagen 6-2 on aggregate to reach the quarter-finals for the seventh successive season and become the first English club to win 10 consecutive matches in the competition. Manchester City cruise into Champions League quarter-finals They did it despite leaving seven players out from the side that beat Manchester United on Sunday, with half an eye on this weekend's showdown with Liverpool at Anfield - as City bid to become the first side to win four English top-flight titles in a row. And, as City remain with the chance of a historic double Treble, former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand described them as a "juggernaut that needs to be stopped". The ease with which City booked their last-eight spot alongside Bayern Munich, Paris St-Germain and Real Madrid suggests no-one will relish a two-legged encounter with the holders when the draw is made on 15 March. And Guardiola feels it underlines a change of mindset at City since he arrived at the club in 2016. "We arrived here from Barcelona and Bayern Munich, where the demand is to always be there," he said. "I felt the club - not the players - didn't feel it. "Managers and hierarchies don't get time, but they gave us time to lose against Monaco [2017], against Liverpool [2018], against Tottenham [2019]. "It is easy for clubs that have big history - start with the best ones: Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Bayern Munich or Manchester United, they have been used to it. "Coming here, it was not about one person from Catalonia saying 'now we are going to win the Champions League'. They gave me time. READ MORE

  20. Jonny Bairstow says he is set for an "emotional week" as he becomes the 17th man to play 100 Tests for England. Yorkshire batter Bairstow will reach the landmark in the fifth Test against India in Dharamsala, 12 years after making his debut against West Indies. "It's an amazing week, an amazing place and an amazing occasion," Bairstow told BBC Sport. "To be out there with some of your best pals, enjoying the occasion. I'm really looking forward to it." Bairstow, 34, follows Ben Stokes to a century of England caps, after the captain achieved the milestone in the third Test of the series. Bairstow's journey has not been as straightforward as contemporaries like Stokes and Joe Root. Whereas Bairstow is England's second-longest-serving current player after James Anderson, he has missed 51 of the Tests played since he made his debut at Lord's in 2012. I hope Lyon is a game-changer for me - Hartley TMS podcast: Bairstow the centurion Injuries have played a part, most notably a horrific broken leg sustained on a golf course in 2022, but Bairstow has also had spells when he has been left out of the side. He has endured periods of poor form, but has also been a victim of his versatility - batting up and down the order and having spells as wicketkeeper and without the gloves. "Throughout the whole journey of being an international sportsman and a sportsman in general, there will be challenges," Bairstow told BBC Sport. READ MORE

  22. Prolific Manchester City striker Erling Haaland says he can still improve despite having scored 80 goals in 84 appearances for the Treble winners. Last week the 23-year-old Norway international scored five in City's FA Cup fifth-round win at Luton. He won last season's Premier League Golden Boot and is top of this season's standings despite missing nearly two months with a foot injury. "There's a lot of things I can become better at," he said. Despite scoring in Sunday's Manchester derby, Haaland referenced his incredible miss - when he somehow put the ball wide of an empty goal when he was barely three yards out - as evidence there is more to do. "People say I'm good at scoring goals but I missed the biggest chance in the world ever two days ago. I can also become better at that," he added. Haaland appears to have immense mental strength. His staggering scoring statistics come despite being top of the Premier League's 'big chances missed' metric with 26. At the weekend, he put the miss he spoke about out of his mind to seal City's victory over United as they maintained their quest to become the first English club to win four successive top-flight titles. It has not always been the case. "It's been a challenge," he said. "When I was young, I would start crying if we lost and I missed a lot of chances. I've been working on it a lot and it's been a challenge. "I demand a lot from myself and my team-mates demand a lot from me." Haaland could hardly have had a better debut campaign in English football last season - his 52-goal tally is the most anyone has scored in all competitions in the Premier League era. Only Everton's Dixie Dean, who scored 63 goals in 1927-28, has ever scored more in a single English season. Despite his immediate success, Haaland has maintained his focus and determination.
