Vehicular traffic (cars etc) is actually blocked from using it.

Try the Sky Bar up in Cozy/Pratamnak Hill or the Chocolate Restaurant at wkends.

There are a lot of the younger Bangkok monied crew in town & so some of the younger ex-pats are there as well.

We're off to see a specialist at the Gleneagles in Singapore & I was thinking outside the box.

We just got the clinical diagnosis yesterday that our boy is androplastic despite that the tests were taken 4 months ago Sheryl.

I was in a nightclub outside Dinard in France once where the loos were shared & the drunker French girls made a point of coming over to the urinals for a good look.
