    You have mentioned 30+30 lease, land ownership and house ownership all in one post, and the post is rather convoluted, hard for others to really interpret what you are trying to do. So if you want advice please post in a manner that we can understand. As a reminder 30+30 leases are not legally valid..whatever you are told.

    Bignok thanks for your input, and yes of course I can use Google maps to plot a route between #9 and Kan (at least 4 ways to go and all about the same distance) but there are also new roads and also lots of roadworks, highways being built etc which are not on Google maps, so I am asking for peoples recent experience.

    Peoples opinions/experience on the best route from Pattaya to Kan. There are different ways to go once you get off Highway 7 and go through Bangkok--this is the info I am after.

    Goat you are getting very tedious. You definitely have some agenda with your posts, and its likely you have had something in your past that brings out these self righteous posts of yours. The bar scene has been going on for more than 50 years, and will probably be here for another 50, so maybe time to get off your high horse. Of course underage or child sex is morally wrong (but sadly a few in the world don't have the same view).

    Why not go to a Bangkok Bank branch with Passport and Bankbook tomorrow morning.. takes 10 minutes to sign some papers and get the photo taken, then you don't have to ask these questions any more.

    General policy is to prescribe 80mg tablets for hypertension so that is the most readily available. Duh---that is what I said. (also your UK information is irrelevant here). Try buying 300mg aspirin tablets at any pharmacy.

    Wrong understanding. Joint accounts (with either/or signatures) do not come under any probate/court action in Thailand (whichever joint holder dies first). But account must be either/or signatures, and can be fixed deposit or savings.

    Yes you are correct, but only 80mg tablets. Aspirin is controlled in Thailand. So maybe a bit of research on your part would be helpful.

    A vascular surgeon prescribed Daflon 1000 for 2 months. It didn't do anything. Yes I had same prescription. Daflon 500, but it didn't seem to help at all......but it was worth a try.

    I believe the time period is between 3-6 months, but that was a few years ago. So possibly quicker these days, but will still take a long time.

    You are correct, but the 'Will' still needs to go thru the court process before the bank will release funds. The best way around this is to have joint accounts, with either/or signature.
