Be very careful what your putting on it. A couple of days of the wrong cortisone % and you are scarred for life. I was prescribed Cortisone/antibiotic mix in Barcelona for this. Had a consult with Dr. Anna Jaruwarn in Bkk Pattaya hospital. Mentioned the cream I was using to her. "Oh no, it's too strong!". She prescribed something milder. I had to choose between following the Barcelona advice or Thai advice. I chose Barcelona and continued the 14 day course. This results in thinning of the skin that is irreversible. Good luck. If the creams don't work last resort is circumcision. It works but what they don't tell you about that is depending how much they cut off you can lose an inch or so.

Thai Airlines Urged to Conduct Inspection of Boeing 737-800

I thought all planes are monitored and thoroughly inspected anyway. Guess not. -
These stories of bill disputes always read simply like the customer is a drunk stooge but we never hear the other side of it. Very nearly happened to me once in Bangla. Blind drunk. Ordered a wine but immediately cancelled it when I saw I had a beer still. Happy smiley bar girl turned into demon saying cannot cancel bla bla. Called over farang boss who called over Bangla security guy. I said it was a load of bs and walked off. Along the way saw a Thai friend who owned another bar and called the dogs off. If not for that it would have been violent. All over a cancelled wine. The rest was paid for.

Non O via based on marriage in Singapore?
sikishrory replied to sikishrory's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I'm leaving on Tuesday for this. None of this is being organised by me but the person organising is arranging my covid test in bangkok. This is the covid test results I will be using to reenter Thailand on Wednesday. Are you allowed to get your covid test to enter Thailand done in Thailand before you leave? I will be getting 30 day visa exempt entry them extending by the way. -
If there's one thing i have noticed about thais it is that they have no idea of basic engineering regarding storm drains. Patong, Pattaya, bkk. All have weird and wacky systems. Patong used to be worse i will admit but it took them eons to semi fix. Now there's large patches of road everywhere where the road is an actual metal grate. Pattaya opted for the "we just pump into the sea" approach. Eg. The massive pump at the bottom of soi 6 that's been there at least 8 years. Bkk is chaos.

Looks like nobody is getting non o's there. I will report back with how it goes. Thanks -
I got a 5g phone few months ago and the 5g didn't work using my regular sim. Actually the issue was the packages would fail thto purchase. Ais said on the phone i need to change it. I walked into shop as they told me too and shop said don't need to change and were kind of rude. Then they realised the issue. They were perplexed and had to call bkk who changed something in the system. They did change the SIM but i think actually i didn't need to. You can keep the same number

Old news. Been using this aop about 2 years already. Works good -
I had accounts with kasikorn, scb and bangkok bank. Scb and kasikorn kind of similar. Kasikorns web interface is bot netter than scb. They both have decent apps. I think scb is a bit better just because in 10 years across 3 or so branches I have never had an issue. Kasikorn was ok but they did trick me into buying 2x insurances though. Bangkok Bank however I would steer clear of. Everything I tried to do with them ever was a pain in the butt. They still try to give you useless union pay cards. In the end I had to close it down as they simply refused to give me a regular debit MasterCard. That said experiences change from branch to branch and "there's no problem until there's a problem" wherever you go.

Just out of Covid Hospitel
sikishrory replied to Joe Farang's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
A friend of mine was stopped from flying out of Thailand because he got covid. He had a fit to fly but noticed at the airport his test was actually positive. With no symptoms he was sent to hospital. Anyway apparently he has been told he jas to wait awhile (after his quarantine) until they will give him a fit to fly. I don't remember how long but i think it was like a couple of weeks. Something to consider. -

Normally is Western kitchen inside and Thai kitchen with wok etc outside. Or if your rich you can design a centre island that changes height. I have heard of them before. Probably less complicated than it sounds
