If she owns property or has a job, a real job, that she has had for a while, then she might be in luck to get a tourist visa and once in the US, she can apply to convert it to a more long-term visa.

Yes it is very soft I have a small chain and i have had to replace the connecting peice of gold where your charm or buddha goes one many times know I'm thinking of getting a longer chain sooner or later
