While it is understandable insurance companies are assessing their cost/risk exposure, why are manufacturers not honoring their 8 years warranty claim? Even more so, why aren't manufacturers being held accountable?

To be fair some of the newer brands in the Thai market are behind on after sale services. You can be in for a world of pain if your vehicle have a major failure. Tools and skills are not in place.....yet.
