@Pib can you have a look at the Ciaz numbers again when they are out? Also the January number if possible. Ciaz registration 2024: January: February: 26 March: 28 April: This is to track the very generous discount by Suzuki. -
British Publisher Colin Hastings Dies in Chonburi Car Crash
ExpatOilWorker replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
The Foreign Correspondents' Club of Thailand expresses its deepest condolences to the family and many friends of Colin Hastings, a longtime FCCT journalist member. Colin died suddenly on Monday afternoon in Bang Saray near Sattahip in Chonburi province when the car he was driving hit a wall. Emergency services were unable to revive him, and he was declared dead at the scene of the accident at around 3.15pm.There were no other casualties. A veteran British journalist with Fleet Street experience, Colin arrived in Bangkok in 1973, and worked on numerous publications with the Bangkok Post and at Media Transasia. He went on to become the first editor of Thailand Tatler in 1991, and in 1999 launched his own expat-focused publication, Big Chilli, which he managed to keep afloat while print media all over the world went out of business. A superb squash player, Colin was an outstanding all-round sportsman and highly clubbable. He served on the board of the British Club, and moved as easily in Thai society as he did in foreign circles. The FCCT will publish a fuller tribute to Colin in the coming days, along with details of arrangements for his funeral. -

That is a fun site to explore, thanks for sharing. Is precipitation data also available on that site? I can see cloud cover and all sorts of weather data, but not rain. Looks like 1950 had a few very hot days. -

The debate is officially over and I have found some unequivocal proof that EV are superior to ICEVs. Thanks to EV owners penny-pinching and general energy saving nature, combined with EV's speed sensitive range, EVs will never have to contribute to the local speed tax. A big shout-out to SeΓ±orLA's, @KhunLA local law enforcement agency for catching these pesky CO2 spreading ICE law breakers π. -

I have tears in my eyes now, both eyes π’ π. It is a sad π day and the world π had been turned completely upside down when you expect the Chinese made batteries in ur gadgets to outlive you. Most, if not all the electronics I got from China only lasted a few years and I have a few temperature sensors that burn through batteries every 3-4 months. -

Launched in March this year, the fully-electric minivan described by its maker as being essentially a βmobile homeβ is designed to cater to the travel demands of wealthy families and is fitted with a refrigerator and a sofa. -

G-man is the man, we are staying. Here is a bit of factual information: China π¨π³ is sitting on 10 million of un-needed vehicle production capacity. Expect more discounts and price wars on all vehicle types. The next few years will be golden times to buy a new car π. New York Times (Free): https://archive.ph/4jCiQ -
