  1. Given that anything can happen at anytime here, you'd be a mug to be here uninsured. In 2004 I had incredible stomach pains, which was later diagnosed as an ulcer.I stayed in Bangkok-Pattaya hospital and later got transferred to a hospital in Bangkok to see a doctor, with a limousine to bring me back home to Pattaya where i was living at the time. The total bill for 8 days was 135,000 baht,no problem my insurance covered the lot, with no excess.

It was like staying in a 5 star hotel and the highlight of the stay was each morning, when one of the beautiful nurses in their white starched uniforms took me for a shower.I soon started to feel better,i can tell you.

    NEVER EVER TRAVEL UNINSURED.

  2. It's however you feel i suppose. Many years ago my 2 Thai stepdaughters asked their Mum if they could call me Por(dad) I agreed as their real Dad died when my youngest one was only 1 and the elder one 4.I felt very sorry for them, and felt that if it adds a bit of stability into their lives, then surely that can't be a bad thing.

  3. I've owned the above bike for 11 years and she's been a pillar of reliability,no hesitations in recommending anyone to this little bike.

    2 questions

    1) I've mislaid the handbook, can anyone please tell me the capacity of the oil sump?

    2) Is there some kind of petrol additive available to purchase, whereby as it consumes the petrol,it cleans the carb,if so where could I purchase it,within Phitsanulok?

    Many Thanks.

  4. Lobo even when i lived in Pattaya I couldn't locate one.I ended up bringing one back with me on a trip back to the Uk.I wish you luck, nothing like a couple of poached eggs on toast, more filling and far healthier than fried.

  5. Did anyone watch Manny Pacquiao's latest fight against Brandon Rios Thai 7 today (24/11/13)? What a boxer this filipino is, and fully deserving of all the recognition he gets.It was so one sided, that the judges were unanimous in their decision, and rightly so.

Not only a great boxer, but a lovely guy also, who has promised to donate the full purse of this fight,to the poor victims of the Phillipine typhoon.God bless him.

I wonder if Floyd"the money"Mayweather jr,will now step up to the plate and fight Manny as it's the fight the public want too see most,or will he continue to make up excuses and run scared as he has done in the past?

    I'd appreciate your views.
