That can be that the wind blows the smoke into the edges of Bangkok. The pollution from trucks and burning trash got less. So there are small islands of improvement in the general disaster....The smoke on the streets was terrible before and now most cars are clean and the trucks at least sometimes checked. Down in Khanom where the air would be good, some people burn coconut leaves/wood to keep the mosquitos away. But at least the area that I know mix general trash into it.....At least it is only in the evening

In Bangkok it was way worse both the trucks and the cars smoke much worse, that this time no one care no one measured something. Now police is checking. And they burned rubbish in Bangkok with black/white ash raining down so you couldn't dry clothes outside. That massively improved. But where they burn the rice fields it might be complete different.

we are all very similar....not very different in the way our engine works. Eat like people ate 100 years ago and you are slim.....old films of festivals from USA/UK, etc show no fat people while on the same festival they are the majority now. And I guess half the diets your friend tried did work....he just stopped them and continued his old lifestyle.

yes question is if that are runners who run, or self identified runner, who dress up, run 500meter make a selfi and go eating. I would eat my running shoes if 3% of the real runner....who say run more than 30km per week which is really not much and less than 7min/km which is really not fast are prediabetic (unless the term prediabetic changed and it is now everyone)

yes it is heartbreaking and also terrible for the relatives. We all end as complete idiots with a shot brain.... We have very high blood pressure when being nervous in the family....doing lots of endurance sports is my solution. Actually I like the sport I would also do it if there is no reason for it.

There were a lot shooting between Thailand and Cambodia a while ago and the situation with Myanmar can change any day. So it is understandable that they need a powerful army and not only some T62 for the next coup

That 7% genetic means that it is more important how we live than what genetic we have....kind of obvious...I try to live healthy, but without being too paranoid. nope the only doc visit is for my work permit...where they check narcotics, blood pressure, listen to the lung and some rare diseases.....blood pressure is always what it should be...no wonder when I do some endurance sport almost every day. But nothing else....Also I never saw my wife going to the doctor in the 20 years we are married.... (everything excluding dentists....But beside dental cleaning there is never anything to do)
