If that’s the case they will have to compensate all those who paid for that particular visa I’m on an O visa have been for many years why they can’t offer a five year multi entry visa at a reasonable cost is beyond me

I’m sure they would have accountants submitting their end of year accounts taking care of workers salaries and work permits as well as lawyers taking care of leases as far as I’m aware any lease over three years has to be registered with the land office and tax paid .when are the authorities going to chase the big boys in places like Phuket,Pattaya and even Bangkok this has opened a real can of worms people will now go and spend their money in more welcoming countries

I’ve come to the conclusion it’s stupid to invest money in Thailand what’s more annoying it appears those you rely on ie Lawyers to be honest and upfront are more than happy to take your money but when the S#!T hits the fan they go into hiding these people are the instigators along with anyone involved in real estate

Thailand is full of scammers from the top downwards any money you bring to Thailand is at your own risk I know I’ve been there and worn the T Shirt !!

Go to pharmacy and ask for Miracid green box 14 capsules take 1 per day I was on them then one day someone suggested acupuncture I had 10 sessions at 500 baht a time now two years later have 12 capsules left I took the two due to a heavy drinking session during these two years I restrict my alcohol levels to no more that 4 bottles of Leo per week

A good way to stop people coming to Thailand a business is a business be it a local scooter hire shop or a Tops supermarket which are all foreign owned so why pick on the little guys let’s get rid of all the 7/11s for starters

Speak with your pension company I don’t think it’s wise to come into an open forum giving out your financial information what I would say with the upcoming budget in November you need to contact your pension provider or a financial advisor asap as there is talk regarding that pensions could be hit hard tax wise ! I went to Canada Life I had no problems with them I gave them my UK address and each year they send me my P60 I’m a UK Taxpayer even though I’ve lived in Thailand for 20 years
