  1. Will probably do that. But I've been using an Android since I purchased it in 2015, and am so out of touch with the market and what's available. Will start a thread on the phone forum for advice, but would still like to look over in person the ones that sound interesting..
  2. Twitter/ "Libs of Tik Tok"
  3. If possible would like to handle a new or used Samsung S20 FE 5G with Snapdragon 865, which is 2 years old. But interested in seeing other models, and other makes. I have already had the nightmarish noise experience of Siam TV, never again! Anyplace else?
  4. Do you know the name and address?
  5. Billy Crystal.
  6. Encryption of the SD, and a PIN/Passcode for the phone.
  7. I watched a Youtube video someone in this thread linked, then read hundreds of reader comments. I would now like to find somewhere in Chiang Mai I can see a Samsung S20 FE 5G - the Snapdragon 865 5G version. I want dual SIM, it takes an SD card so lots of storage, and in the opinion of several it's better and/or a better deal than the 21 and 22. I'd prefer new if possible but would buy it used probably depending on Warranty. Any opinions/feedback? I've been using 2 Android 6.0 phones for just over 7 years, and so only know about current Androids from the video and comments about it, and comments on this thread.

  10. "Best phone I've had." What is the Model name and number?
  11. "ASEAN NOW reports that in Bangkok the very great majority of Thais both in the main streets as well as inside shopping centers and stores are still wearing masks." JIMMYJ is happy to report likewise in Chiang Mai.
  12. "...best close all the abattoirs and make chopping up cows, pigs and chickens a criminal offence then!" Hear, hear! No animals should be eaten.
  13. How much is one at that store?
  14. "...glass noodles with veggies--20 bt". Food cart?
  15. Thanks for the info - I started a thread a few months ago looking for live teachers in Chiang Mai to teach me Thai language, but didn't find anyone yet - will look into your suggestions. But this thread is the opposite - I want to help a Thai friend learn to read and write English, and am looking for an online course to use.
  16. Ubiquitous in the US, but don't recall ever seeing them in SEA. Never looked for them in stores here previously.
  17. I scrolled down a long way and not seeing any that look like the 1st item on tbe page I linked, but Home Pro for a long time is on my list of stores to visit, and will take a look there. I'm getting the feeling they are not sold in SEA... EDIT - I see the ones with the 2 outlet box. That may work if I can't find the other type, but will probably buy the one on Amazon if I can't find them here.
  18. No, I don't think that's it. Pictured on my link - the 1st item on top of the page linked.
  19. Nothing except for 3 outlets (or I guess 2) to plug into , as in the 1st item on the link I posted, showing: "Kasonic 12-Feet 3 Outlet Extension Cord, 2 Pack, Triple Wire Grounded Multi Outlet, UL Listed 16/3 SPT-3, 13 Amp - 125V - 1625 Watts (White)" No plastic box with outlets and small lights.
  20. E.g.: https://www.amazon.com/Kasonic-12-Feet-Outlet-Extension-Cord/dp/B07HR26XPG Every store I've checked only sells with powet strip.
