The Troubling Decline of DEI: A Step Backward for America

Thomas Sowell is fundamentally a Martin Luther King generation Republican - or as the modern day left wingers would call him - a "neo-Nazi." On the eve of the trial of P'Diddy, the issues that Dowell discusses here have never neem more relevant. And if you think that Sowell is a neo-Nazi, you'll be disappointed to hear that other prominent African-Americans such as 50 Cent and Ice Cube agree with his assessment. Modern day black culture is drowning all that was good in the community. -

An utter disgrace of a comment. You have just described one of the greatest African-American thinkers of the last 100 years as a neo-Nazi. That tells me two things about you - your lack of intellectual curiosity to investigate the man, and the type of filth you are prepared to believe. Shameful, shameful post. -

That's because you genuinely believe that Trump supporters are dumb. There is zero space in your mind that they may have a point and you are wrong. We'll know within a year if you or they are correct. -
Belgian man scammed out of 8 million baht by female Thai soldier
theblether replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
I'm entertained that some of you believe she has contacts with the police. It's never occurred to you that she is lying. Also, I see some of you are back on the Thai face drivel. What do you think Thais would do in this situation? Genuine question, looking forward to your answers. ........................................... Oh, and the woman I mentioned earlier serving 12 years for scamming? She said she had police contacts. -

That's more or less what I said. The nerds are fine, it's the malcontents that ran riot. -

Strange that, I was talking to a double-masters qualified Thai friend this morning who is rebooting an oilfield in Norway at the moment. Masters educated in Scotland, France and Spain. One of several I know. -

Its the "Revenge of the Nerd." But its actually worse than that - nerds were and are fine, always have been. It's the weirdos, the malcontents that drive DEI. And make no mistake, as soon as parents started new-age parenting techniques then began drugging their kids in the eighties it started this downward spiral. These DEI kids were needing a good slap well before a participation ribbon for finishing last in the sack race. Then again, maybe we should slap the parents for being that stupid. -

I don't know why you are asking me about Musk? And your issue re a "fair way to go" is my whole point about why we didn't shoot the horses as soon as the car was invented. But hey, the balloon brigade executed coal power stations and nuclear fuel well before renewables could fill the gap. And they call themselves intelligent - dear me. -

Correct. And there lies the issue - many of these people replace the old religions with a new religion. Well, it's not really new, its a variation of the fevers that drove the Inquisitions and Salem Witch Trials. Always be careful of middle-class witchcraft, that devious way people invent narratives to suit their internal suffering while watching 50 inch TV''s and booking cruise holidays. The pain, the horror. DEI is born from the same mass panic that drove the Salem Witch Trials, I jest you not. Although I preferred the English system. You were ducked in a pond and if you floated you were a witch, so you were burnt at the stake. If you drowned, you weren't a witch, so sad, too bad. DEI has firefighters saying things like "well, if your husband got caught in the wrong place during a fire, so sad, too bad." Fat. worthless mentally ill narcissistic unfit lesbians have no place as firefighters. Fit, efficient and effective lesbians are. No one cares about your sexuality when you emerge through the smoke and give us the gift of oxygen. And that's where DEI really eats itself. I know gay people who are enraged that they are surrounded by idiots that got themselves into senior positions due to weaponizing their sexuality. -

Try making sense. The Age of Renewables is impossible without the Age of Oil. The Age of AI will rule the world, AI will manifest itself with robotics. -

I'm always interested in these takes. When I was young we were warned of an impending Ice Age and then it switched to global warming. The sheep ran after the new scare story ( as usual ). What these sheep and a large brigade of braying goats can't explain is why we waste enough food every year to feed 3 billion more people and that farmland is being removed from productivity as the level of food poundage available to human is the highest in history while not even scratching the surface of world capacity. But here's what you are really saying without meaning it. You are saying that humanity must suffer the catastrophe of population collapse and the genuine pain that will cause as we will not have the human resources to allay the worst excesses of old age. The only short term hope is that the Age of Oil can accelerate the Age of Robot, but the clown brigade is trying to shut down the Age of Oil prematurely. Let me explain this clearly - When the car was invented, we didn't shoot all the horses, did we? They lived together for about 50 years until cars became functional and affordable. We still needed horses. That's where we are at now, we still need oil driven products to literally allow us to create AI robots that will change your adult diapers in years to come. And it will need to be a robot that does it because the best of the humans available will be working for top dollar changing the diapers of the wealthy and the elite. Do you think I'm joking? Have a look at Canada and other countries who have decided to short circuit the entire imbroglio by medically executing their vulnerable citizens. The bizarre thing is that these left wing emoting halfwits don't understand that the last person that sought to rid the world of the vulnerable was a certain nasty wee Austrian guy. Some of you need to wake up. Your not half as bright as you think your are. -

I don't expect Thailand to suffer froM DEI, it will absolutely suffer from population collapse. The figures coming down the line are horrendous. -

The relevance of that McNamara's Morons video is that DEI attempts to promote people beyond their intellectual capability. We have always known the truism that "everyone will rise to their own level of incompetence." What's different now is that people are short-circuiting the system based upon their DEI status and inflicting their incompetence on us all without even having the decency to put in the effort to climb the ladder. And I jest you not - this is as serious as a heart attack. The 70% population is crashing in numbers due to depopulation. If you think things are bad now, wait till you see what happens by the year 2040, 2050 max. And a fair number of us will be alive to see that. I wouldn't go as far as "bookmark this comment and come back in 15 years" but countries including Thailand will meltdown as there won't be enough people to conduct a functioning society. -

The medical term for someone with an IQ of less than 84 is "moron." I suggest some of you take the time to research McNamara's morons, a cohort who were drafted to the Vietnam War and who suffered higher casualty rates as they didn't have the brains to assess risk. -

Apparently they are all on a sex strike so we'll not need to worry about the next generation of lefty weirdos as they won't be born at all. -
So what is it? Is it Trump's deal or is it Biden's deal? It's Biden's deal, proposed long ago. Hezbollah got wrecked in Lebanon and Hamas panicked as they fantasised that Hezbollah could launch a counter-attack against Israel. As someone else put it, they realised that the cavalry wasn't coming. What a lot of fools fail to calculate is that Trump said - you better do a deal before!!! I take office. He wanted a deal under the Biden Presidency. No one is arguing that Trump's clarity wasn't useful. But it's still not his deal as what he demanded - the return of all hostages - is not happening. AFAIC Trump knows this deal is a mess but if 33 hostages are released tomorrow he'll be delighted. And the Israeli right will be drowned out by the celebration. But Trump still has his finger on the trigger. The rest of the hostages better be released rapidly or Hamas will discover that what happened to Hezbollah was only a foretaste of what is to come.

The Troubling Decline of DEI: A Step Backward for America

Marxist scum were allowed to run the agenda and we ended up with the Palisades and Malibu burnt to the ground and aircraft breaking up in the air. Here's a bitter unarguable truth for these self-described "far lefties." 20% of the human population worldwide are psychologically and intellectually disabled. That applies to white cultures just as much as any other. 10% maximum are high functioning. These are the doctors, airline pilots, development engineers, scientists etc. That leaves 70% in the middle that we rely upon to ensure that society functions. Virtually everyone reading this thread, including me, is in the 70%. Society needs that 70% to function or society falls to pieces. DEI interfered with the efficiency of that 70%. I have direct knowledge of a program where DEI was introduced and it doubled the workload of the efficient 70% who had to double-check literally everything that was done by the DEI employees. The employer, who is desperate for employees, had to abandon the program as they were sailing close to being sued for indefensible employee negligence. The truth for far lefties? No one cares the colour of your skin when your mother is being saved from a heart attack, when your child is being carried from a burning house. We only care about efficiency. Promoting the inefficient and undermining functioning society in the pursuit of racial equality was never going to work. Its the mindset of morons. Well intentioned morons, but still morons. Marxist scum morons.- 247 replies

Utter garbage. Only the truly demented would dismiss an attempt by China to build airports in a NATO adjacent nation. And again, the Danes have admitted their abrogation of duty. Only a witless fool would describe this as "years ago."
-
Once again, and you are choosing to ignore this fact, the mere fact that China attempted is the issue. Another fact. The Danes admitted they abrogated their duties in Greenland. Yet another fact. It was the previous intervention by Trump that woke everyone up. Here's the bad news for you. Denmark just said Greenlands future was a matter for Greenland. I don't expect Greenland to become an an American territory but I do expect a triangular treaty. A win for all.

1979. Jimmy Carter's disastrous year. That idiot of a man signed the One China policy which injected a massive dose of adrenalin into the ultra-xenophobes in the CCP and military. He sold the Shah of Iran out, and we are still paying as he was replaced by scum Islamist terrorists. The Russians reacted to the One China policy, which was aimed at curtailing them, by invading Afghanistan. While it's accepted it was a disaster, it was a horrendous shock to the West and our economies tanked while gold prices etc soared. Oh, and the hostages.......thanks, Carter - you really effed all that up, eh? ............ 1989. Bush Snr. Tianamen Square. I suggest Americans go read the intelligence reports. What happened there was unbroadcastable. Mass rape, murder, people deliberately liquidised by tanks, set alight and their remains power washed into the sewers. Bush did nothing. Cheap sneakers at Walmart were more important than reacting to the CCP putting down a marker. The CCP couldn't believe its luck and again it shot adrenalin through the veins of the ultra-xenophobes. Bush was diverted within weeks by the Kuwait invasion. Would he have reacted differently to China if that hadn't happened? I'm dubious. Commercial pressure was high. Clinton. Celebrated the arrival of vast amounts of cheap goods from China and received the temporary boost to the economy of price deflation. Always going to be temporary as the true price of cheap sneakers was the deindustrialization of the American heartland. Well done, Clinton. But here's where it gets bizarre. China set out to ban all US Internet platforms, copied them, then sold them back to America. Bush jnr and Obama allowed this to happen. Now we are at a point as Rubio correctly stated yesterday, the American lifestyle will be dependent on China's willingness to supply goods because the USA is now a service economy. Blood pressure medication is only the start. Virtually all medical devices are dependent on China at some point. Was this the cunning plan envisaged by Carter and One China? To have us on our knees, in debt and begging for medicine? Cos that's whats happening. And here we have the town clowns growling about Trump saying enough is enough. These clowns don't understand that they are Marx's useful fools. And don't kid yourself that the USA is immune. When a country can't supply its basic goods its in trouble. If you think it's bad enough now, wait till you see it in 2040.
