Looking at the way the so called "sidecar" is fitted to the bike I doubt it could be controlled on a straight road, let alone a bend.

I remember in the late nineties in Saudi Arabia there was the same problem after they started the automatic speed cameras and fines. One Naval officer I knew panicked because he had to go to Bahrain on official duties, yet he owed more than 6,000 Riyals in speeding fines ( about 58,000 Baht).....and was banned from travelling abroad until he paid it..........

Sorry, but how do they attribute this as a freak accident. Definition of freak accident..."a very unusual and unexpected event or situation" Sadly, on these roads it is neither unusual, nor unexpected. The selfish moron was driving too fast, and ploughed on with the standard "I am bigger than you, and more important than you" attitude.............. I apologise in advance if this seems like a rant. As with many other posters my very first thought was 90 day reporting and extension of stay. Maybe this is the beginning of scrapping 90 day reports too..................Naw, tink too mutt again...........
