There is an easy solution for this guy to get out of jail. It is called marriage. If he marries her and pays sin sod then all is forgotten. -

They are not raping each other. In most cases, the sex between partners in their teens is consensual even though it may have had peer pressure. BTW, before talking about Thailand it is important that we look at our own countries. Teens having sex at an early age isn't uncommon. Hell, the U.S. and U.K. have created TV shows about it, -

The challenge he would have is that he was a teacher having a relationship with a student. There is no other real crime. -
There are a lot of bars that fit your need all along starting as soon as you turn the corner until yo get to ibis. Hooters is the only bar without avail women. Bunny isn't bad.

Many young Thai girls are looking for a boyfriend. Especially those that don't have a dad or happy life. They see a handsome single teacher that can give them the love they lack. Look after them and do what they can to get him. Most teenage female students have boys pushing them and their peers they see a chance and go for it The first thing I got warned about and I was 50 to be careful. Three weeks in I am in my class doing work and had a young girl start giving ya neck massage as if it is normal. -
All looking for the same thing as Thai ladies although they are REALLY interested in marriage short time.

All good points but when looking for a job the last thing you do is tell them how much their company sucks. -
Red shirts to scatter and take various forms
kingstonkid replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I think you are going to see Nr T slowly fading into the sunset. I think the big reason for the push was that when they lost he saw the writing on the wall and realized whatever deal he could make was the best one if it got him home. When you start calling the PT as loyalist to the monarchy it is strange considering the battles that they have had with yellow -

Red shirts to scatter and take various forms

As I said before this is going to be an interesting time for Thailand. This coalition and the deal that were made did not help any of the parties except maybe MFP. The red faction will be uset because they hate the military and were lied to by the PT. The military or yellow people are going to be upset because the militry allowed Thaksin back with absolutely no punishment unles you think a year in hospital or a luxury suite in a prison is enough. -
Ou miss my point. I will explain what I mean. In the judicial system there are 2 types of death penalties. The first is the government mandated adn carried out one and the unspoken penal death penalty. In prison systems there are 2 types of people that are absolutely hated and usually find them selves either dead or living in solitary confinement for their own protection. They are stoolies and those that commit horrific acts against minors or in prticular little children. A life sentence without any special clauses means that the person will be moved and situated with felons that have long prison records and really have no where to go and no chance of seeing life outside. Prisoners of this ilk usually go out of their way to welcome child molesters in ways that either bring death or make the person wish for death. The second death penalty is what I am talking about. Especially in womens institutions where many of the women that are in have families that they will never see again unless it is through bars. Beleive me if you ask anyone which is worse the men have nothing on women for torture and pain.

The price sounds good in that they probably don't want to be bothered but can't refuse
-
The death penalty save money only in that the cost of inprisonmnet is lower as he is not there for meals and looking after as long. Personally I have always been a proponent of people that commit these crimes being jailed. With the provision that they are jailed in the Gen pop. That way they really do HARD TIME. Back when coke was sold in a glass bottle only they were a favourite toy for lifers that wanted to enertain themselves with child molestors or Pedophiles.

“Utility Tokens” to be used for “digital wallet” scheme
kingstonkid replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
What is a 16 year old girl or boy want with rice or paying a water or utility bill. The girls want make up an clothes the boys want Gundam and high end motorcycle parts. The fact that Thai's who are under massive debt can't use it to pay off loans is rediculous The other thing they are not saying is will this be tax exempt. Anyone remember the buy a new car scheme. -
I go through the same thing time to time. What I do is get out I go to MBK and get a coffee walk around and just look at the people. I also go out with the GF if nothing else having someone to go for a meal with or just a movie is important Go for a masage just get out adn do something I am not a heavy drinker and would not suggest it every day but on friday I usually go to the Game at NANA and sit and watch the people and tv. Anything that gets you out of the house is a good thing.

While computers were supposed to make us smarter they have in fact dumbed down a great deal of society. Also the Baby boomers caused a certain aount of the problem with their desire to give their kids everything they wanted with no responsibility. That just got with with each generation. Society is going down hill and really ther is no way of stopping it. There are not rules or laws anymore just look at the U.S. as an example you kill someone or beat up a person you are out on the street and people talk about how you are mistreated adn not understood. But a person defends themself or is not in the same political belief as you and it is a huge crime and they must go to jail.

Petition submitted against Thaksin seeking Royal pardon
kingstonkid replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Thaksin stay out of politics mmmmm That is like asking stoner to give up his weed Just ain't going to happen You realize that if he did the PT would lose all their finaicanl backing. There is no way that his kids or relatives could do anything. Also it would mean that he would become unknown. It is a nice dream but not going to happen. My only question is if he is given a pardon can he run for PM next election? -

Not so remarkable. The wealthy need helathy people to do their work. Also if you have gone to a government hospital I can tellyou that it is not fun the waiting rooms are crowded and it takes hours to be seen. It was a good thing but ot that great, It may be a good thing and probably was but it still has to be compbned with everything else he did that was not good and the deals that he made.
