KI can be useful. But one of its weakness' is common sense - at now. My internet provider stopped me contacting the Internet. Reason: suddenly too many people trying to give me an answer, when I was browsing in the I-Net. My reason for this: I tried to get more information about this browser!!! Result; a lot of trouble for me. If no KI, I would have got an answer for my searching. But KI assessed me wrongly as trouble maker.

It's better that these criminals die, before they kill (more) innocent people. Imagine, a member of your family woud have been killed or hurt by a drug addicted.

I guess the Thai officers will be very happy about the German-Thai DTA. In Germany many people need a tax accountant to do the very complicated job with a lot of specifique jurustic terms, the normal people cannot understand. Both tax laws, Thai and German, have special terms and exemptions. How to compare and work with them? Only 1 example of many: the personal exemptions are never the same. In Germany more than 11.000 Euros (in THB more than 396.000 THB) are an elemmentary exemption, and if you are married the double amount!. In Thailand much lower. How to compare and work with them? The list goes on and on! The Thai ofiice would only tax the money you transfer to Thailand to make it not so difficult - if no DTA.

A very lovely family member of my wife called the Tax-offices in BKK and Mae Hong Son. She asked them, if a falang has to pay taxes of the money he transfers to Thailand and what already has been taxed in Germany. She also added the question, if I had to go to the tax-office in MHS to get a PIN (number). The Bangkok officer told her: no tax in Thailand because of the DTA (Double Tax Agreement), but she should contact the MHS-Office, too. The MHS-Tax-Officer confirmed: no tax on my money, that has already been taxed in Germany. Therefore: I should NOT ask for a PIN-number in the MHS-office, because I don't have any income here in Thailand. If only a few THB of bank interest it would woud alteady have been taxed by the Bank. Did some of our AN-members receive the same answer from their tax-offices?

.... and the wourld should forget the Trump-USA - especially the world leading currency the US$. US-America has already an amazing high amount of $-debts. The world should change to another or a new currency-system. Maybe the § will go down so much, that you cannot live anymore here in Thailand. Then you will regrett "America first" and suffer.

Trump has learnt by his first election as POTUS. He has recognised a lot of of loopholes in American "democracy". And he is abusing them at his best. Some time ago I mentioned it aleady and repeat it now: the USA is NOT a democracy. Why? The POTUS has the power to influence the juristic system, the 3rd power in a real democracy. This missing rule allowed him to choose very right-wing people people as member/s in the highest Court, the Suprme Court of the USA. What a shame, they should be neutral with some common sense. Nearly every time the 6 REP-oriented judges sing the song of the new US-autocrat - as a thank your for their election!!! He has the "juristic" power to eliminate people in the 2nd power of the state, the adminmstration. And he is not hindered to replace "unloved" (but excellent) experts in the administration and replace them by footlickers. What a shame. He is able to stop and abuse international agreements and contracts. Look at Ukraine and Gaza, without the agreement of the the House Of Representatives. Very important and disappointing for me: in the USA it is no problem to select a condemned criminal as POTUS. What a serious joke! ..... and the list goes on and on!

Once I have read that a POTUS must show a document of a doctor, that his brain, health and moral are okay for the time of his presidency. This doctor should lose his job immediately after giving such a paper for the mental health of Trump. Trump's incompetence as POTUS was visible already before and now confirmed again. What a shame for the USA.

My advice and experience: stay in the Pang Mapha Ampoe of the Mae Hong Son Province. In the last years we left when the smoke polluted the air here. Last year, the smoke started in the middle of March and disappered 1 week after Sonkkran (on 23/4/2024). We leave our home here in this vally and go to Hua Hin on the beach, which was smoke-free at this time of the last years. That's our way to avoid the dangerous smoke. I know it's a money problem, too. I guess, that there isn't any province in Thailand, which is completely smoke-free. (i don't know about all the islands).

Concerning Musk: intelligence doesn't protect aagainst egoism and imbecillity. Only one example: Musk supports the German far right wing party AfD.
