Although some helpful advice (on this forum) was provided, it wasn't up to date with what immigration needed "today". I needed: - application for Cert of Residency - copy of passport info page - copy of passport page showing the entry stamp - copy of passport page showing "Allowed" date stamp (i.e. current visa) - copy of TM-30 - one 2x2 picture - 50 baht so they can mail my Cert of Residency via Thai Post (est. 3 weeks) Good luck

I use Surfshark but I connect to a US location (needed for a particular website I use). I'm guessing you are not in Thailand, if you are then not sure why VPN is needed to connect to a Thailand server. Suggest using a nearby country (Singapore) and see if that works. I contacted the online chat and this is what they said "As I can see we had some issue with maintaining the server there, as for now we have turned it off." He didn't have an estimate of when it would be turned back on.

Agree. I was going to post something similar to you post but you nailed it. It's unfortunate their long term goal is "next payday" with no forward thinking about getting old without that trait that made them money. But honestly, that is true with just about every country and society.

Is your flight to Khon Kaen on the same itinerary? If so, you should plenty of time since you will connecting to your next flight. If not, you may be cutting it close since you will have to clear immigrations, customs, baggage claim, then go to the airline check in counter, go through security, then to your gate.
