OK, but why do they have these virtual chatlines when it was always a live person before? My opinion is that they deliberately make it difficult to speak to a live person. What if I don't want to enquire about a product, but wanted to speak to a live person ie, about the problem I mostly have when trying to sign in?

About two weeks later I went to try and open up an account at that bank and the teller said I needed something from Immigration, I cannot remember exactly what it was. Yes, same as Lazada, Lazada used to have a real person, now what they have is what they call a virtual chatline, you can only get answers to their chatline, you are not able to ask them a question, as you would a real person.

Yes, but just check the fee's of any agent before you use them. They can differ by thousands of Baht, I know through experience. But the majority of agents are fine.
