Here's a new measure, don't fine them... Ban them.
Go to any part of Bangkok and ask a taxi driver sitting anywhere the cost of taking you to Pattaya and 99% of them will overcharge you. As far as they are concerned you are a tourist and fair game. That is how bad and greedy they are.

There's no issues getting motorcycle kit from Lazada... not all sellers are crooked.
In the past I've had numerous parts from there (replacement footpegs / radiator guard / Sump guard, adjustable brake and clutch levers, handle bar raisers)...
... Only a couple of times on Lazada I've received dodgy stuff (fake or the wrong item) or encountered a complete rip off (ordered a 4000 baht saddle and received a 20 baht phone case !!) - Returns were easy... and with the scam item, Lazada refunded the money without issue.
I think it would be fine to service a 9 year old 56k kms Forza at your nearest 'garage' / bike workshop.. Its a matter of finding somewhere you can trust.
Thanks that's a help. But there is no way I will ever trust Lazada. I spent over 1000 Bt on a desk chair from them, they sent me a completely different one from what I ordered, when I wanted a refund all I got was lies about the seller, that he would contact me which he never. They even tried telling me I was too late. I complained within 6 days. I agree that all their sellers are not crooked, but too many of them are.

70 million people in the UK , one persons dies of being cold .
That is using one extreme example to portray it as being the norm
It has been reported even long before the Ukraine/Russian war that thousands of old people die from cold related illnesses in the UK every winter. That is because of low state pensions, the high cost of gas and electricity, having to choose between eating and heating their homes. This has happened no matter what government is in power. You have Labour, the "Party of the Working Class" but really not much different from the Tories. All just politicians out for themselves. This will never change.

Some of the Gyms have day passes and they have sauna’s.
1. Maxx Fitness on the 5th floor of Maya Mall. Full gym with a sauna. They offer day passes but I do recall what the price was. Monthly membership is now 1699.
2. Duangtawam Hotel on Lori Kroh Road has an old but functional gym. Last time I went the day pass for the gym was 300 Baht. This will give you access to the gym, swimming pool and sauna.
3. The Lotus Hotel on Huay Kaew road also has a gym with swimming pool and sauna. They used to offer day passes.
4. Shangri La Hotel has a full modern gym with swimming pool and gym. You can guess what they charge. One way to get access is to book a single night. I did this twice during low season and it was great experience but the employees were rude.
Don't tell me that you were not rude back. I always start off with showing people respect, but if they are rude in any way I give them it back full blast whether they are car park attendants, policemen, IO's or anything else you would like to mention. That was whether here in Thailand or back in the UK though much more likely back in the UK.

Is your Forza a new one ?
Or did you purchase it second hand ?
It will be easier to sell on with an official Honda Service history (particularly if its still new).
If you are not bothered about that, then find a local shop and build up a relationship.
I suspect local Honda dealership doesn't want to service the bike because they are likely busy enough and / or with the extra 'tub' parts on the Forza its just more hassle to service for them (they are lazy).
Regarding purchasing spares: You should be able to easily get hold of any spares needed online (even lazada).
Buying spares of any sort from Lazada?? With their crooked sellers?? If they did not have what you wanted then most likely would sell you something else in it's place.
My Forza is 9 years old and I lost the service book years ago. 56000Ks on the clock and the bike has never broken down.

Does obtaining a commercial pilot's licence require parallel parking or reversing into a parking space?
My wife is an expert in reversing the truck into a parking space, but in saying that, back in the UK sometimes I would stand at a shopping centre car park and have a laugh at watching the female drivers trying to park their cars.

I have lost faith in the two Honda dealers nearest to me, and the one in my small town/village will not do any servicing on my Forza as it seems they only service smaller bikes like a Wave or Click. In two Honda agents I have been asked to go and sit in the shop away from the workspace.
Would it be a good idea to get a local motorbike garage who works on any bikes to do the oil and filter changes etc? Would he be able to order the parts and do the servicing?

That means you have to stop to pick up a big stone? I don't want to carry anything as it's so rare but a kick to the head usually works
No, I always carry a big stone in the bikes basket.

And the reason is that you have no seeders sharing the other 1.5 of THAT series right now. The continuing puzzlement may be put down not to the computer but simply to the user himself and his limited understanding of how torrent downloading works. You may know that common acronym used in tech support: PEBCAK.
Your first sentence is correct. I have been downloading TV shows for years without that problem.

Carrying a stick looks threatening, that alone may kick them off, better to have a telescopic baton in a waist bag.
On bicycles is more difficult, i kicked one in the head 3 times the other day, kept coming.
The feeders and the alpha males need putting down
I have battered a few dogs who were attacking me while riding a bike by using a big stone. Just slow down and let the leading dog get level with you on your left hand side then BOOM, that is if you are right handed.

I feel that there's some exaggeration in the OP.
Anyone being repeatedly 'attacked' by dogs would surely either be too injured to return or type on a keyboard.
Dogs that bark, don't usually bite especially feral dogs which do not have a fence or gate or human land to protect.
If you show fear, they will advance.
If you stand your ground, they will stop.
If you reach to the ground (pretending to pick up a stone) they will back off.
I know that there will be members saying I'm wrong, but I deal with feral dogs every day, and most are my friends. Those who want to be aggressive will always back off and not return, without anyone getting hurt.
As @VocalNealrightly says, they're pretty simple creatures that thrive on fear and work in packs.
Don't turn your back or let them surround you.
Don't be afraid if you're an adult.
Waiting for criticism, but I don't care.
"they're pretty simple creatures that thrive on fear and work in packs." Just like certain Thai guys, get them one on one and they will cr@p themselves.

No. Now when I play the downloads the shows stop for a good few seconds about 6 times on an almost 50 mins show. All because the downloads went to 98.5% of the 100% shows. I can only put it down to it's just a computer being a computer.

How many seeders are there ?? - if there are no more seeders visible in the torrent browser then the download is no longer possible.
By 98.5 with 1.5 to go, I'm assuming GB.... ensure you haven't 'topped off' your available storage space....
There are no seeders at all.

Have been downloading movies and TV shows using Pirate Bay for years and had no problems up until now, I have just downloaded a TV series of 96 episodes. I kept the computer on all night, checked it in the morning and was stalled at 98.5 and has now stayed like that for over three full days and nights. Am I going to miss this TV series because it seems to be left stalled with only 1.5 to go?

Depends on bank and possibly type of account.
I am with TTB and main account is what they call "All Free" and don't pay in other provinces. I suspect that if I used my other account which is basic I would get charged.
I tried to get an account with TTB accompanied by my wife and was told I needed to have a job, so refused me because I am retired.

It would not surprise me, a lot of people made a lot of money out of the last pandemic, the medical profession, some hotels etc. so it would seem that the next pandemic will be welcomed in some quarters.
