I did not say you watched CNN, nor did I say the you called Trump a fascist. Do you agree that Trump is not a fascist, and if so, do you agree that Harris was lying when she said he was? The left has half of congress, almost half the court, the press, academia, the administrative state, K-12, the tech industry, and entertainment. To say that Trump will be unopposed is ridiculous. You are delusional. Obama’s first two years the court was left and dems controlled the house and senate .This will be no different. In fact, the dems are much better at holding the party line than the republicans ever thought about. Conservative justices are much less likely to try to legislate from the bench than are the liberals. Many more Republicans went against Trump than Democrats went against Biden or Obama, and the left controlled the court for over forty years. All the court is supposed to do is interpret the Constitution as it was intended.
