  1. They probably thought it was a bullet train, save themselves a bit on ammo… sarcasm alert
  2. She has a point. Not sure raging on tw*tter is the way to express it, but still…
  3. I think my post was very clear. The fact I had to explain such an obvious point speaks volumes about you. Now enough of discussing me and time to get back on topic…
  4. And how does that relate to my post? I thought my post was very clear in indicating that I am against supporting the junta i Myanmar. Hence those who escape their jurisdiction should be welcomed with open arms.
  5. Ignore it. Myanmar’s government is not a legitimate one and nothing it does should be considered valid under international law.
  6. All things considered, not surprising but somewhat harsh on those who want nothing to do with putin’s war in Ukraine.
  7. You don’t read posts too well do you. I didn’t say you said anything about civilians. I asked how many you thought would be killed in an attack on Moscow. Such attacks have a way of going wrong when a large group is targeted as you advocated from the safety of your keyboard. You said ”Even just last week when several high ranking generals sat with Putin in Moscow which was an opportunity missed. They could have destroyed that building in one hit with many targets inside.” That would most likely involve killing many civilians and causing life altering injuries for many others.
  8. Are you really so naïve as to believe any such attack on Moscow would not be met with an immediate response. How many civilians would be killed do you think in such an idiotic attack? Your keyboard warrior thinking would only lead to an escalation of the Ukrainian war and even MAD if nato nations are attacked.
  9. Ah, trump’s increasing serious legal woes are mounting. What a great day.
  10. trump’s finished hopefully https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/sep/21/donald-trump-lawsuit-new-york-investigation?CMP=Share_iOSApp_Other
  11. I think [at least on my part] the fear is that the use of one eventually will lead to the use of the other.
  12. What do I suggest? Not bringing about world wide Armageddon would be first. Putin is unhinged and annihilating Russians who did not start the war or do not support it is not my solution. Even those who may believe putin’s lies and rationalisations are living in a police state where their access to all the facts are strictly controlled and I would not advocate their obliteration either. Nuclear missiles do not discriminate between innocent and guilty. There is only one person who really needs removing and that is putin. Others no doubt have supported him and benefited from his despotic rule but it is putin who decided upon the Ukraine invasion and he has to pay the price for that. Perhaps it should be made clear that his removal, terminal or otherwise, would lead to a quicker normalisation of the diplomatic status. After a withdrawal from Ukraine that is. Perhaps it already has…perhaps there is a drone somewhere with his name on it. All the above I have said may just be bs, unrealistic and not stop putin, but I just cannot see how MAD makes the world a better place.
  13. I just can’t see how sending nuclear missiles into Russia will lead to anything but MAD.
  14. I believe he is unhinged enough to do that. I only hope someone in his inner circle will take decisive action and remove him from power before any such action is taken.
  15. I disagree. I'm not defending putin or advocating he be allowed to escape the consequences of such an action, but I cannot comprehend how a retaliatory strike will lead to anything but world wide Armageddon. I hope you are right. That is what I fear.
  16. If he attacks a western country I have no doubt that retaliation would follow and then we will all be <deleted>.
