Thai woman driving Motorbike with side car hits the front of my car, and admits guilt, but calls Police, Police send us to the Panel beaters who gave the woman the quote of 8,000b, her Husband arrives with their Bank book showing me they have a bank balance of 5,000b, ....so i have to pay the balance, Panel beater now sees i have to pay the balance and increases the price to 10,000b !! No chance Mr. Dont they just love Farang...

RE; Nationwide cards to Thailand.. A few years ago my U.K based Son registered mail my Nationwide card to my Pattaya address, after waiting Two months for its delivery I complained to Thai post who initially did'nt reply.. i ended up cancelling the card with Nationwide ...... 4 months after posting the envelope containing my card was delivered in a very ripped envelope with a sticker saying this is how it was received in Thailand !!!........What is worrying is since then I have had many Registered mail envelopes delivered, and not once have I been asked to sign for it...

As anyone who has lived in Thailand long enough knows, Thai's ( in their opinion only), are superior in any, & everything they do , the road traffic accidents, and the recently published graph showing that they are one of the most dangerous countries in the world for driving and road accidents with the poorest driving knowledge

I, like you, bought a new Suzuki Swift 2 years ago, and have regretted it.. it was bought for my Wife as a town car to and from work etc, but do you find it a hard ride ? a lot like riding a skateboard, the feeling of a broken or non existant suspension,.... googleing the problem reveals many complaints of this nature
