    Just like they were going to seriously monitor and prosecute those who dont stop at a pedestrain crossings, run red lights, etc etc .... 3 times today on a pedestrain crossing i nearly lost my life ..police are a joke

    Thailand i can understand wearing masks with the dirty air to breathe in that country, the air is yellow around bangkok, and many other provinces too

    The Thai government, Police, Immigration, etc... are well known among th Farang community for putting Thai citizens before any foreigner, so i find it hard to believe the welfare of any foreign tourist can expect to recieve any kind of protection or welfare, once again it looks good on paper, nothing more ...

A friend i had in Thailand told a similar story, a few years ago, his Mrs told him much the same story as yours except it was another guy she'd been chatting too on the internet promising her all sorts ..they left for the UK, he wrote to tell me she'd left him, and i never heard more from him

    Myself and a few other neighbourhood Farangs volunteered to paint the wall surrounding the village where we live,.. a Thai woman asked a member of our committee why Farang are doing it, and not Thai, she thought we were being paid,... when she was told no payment was being made and the committee said thais were too lazy she left
